What Causes Tightness At Back Of Throat And Swollen Node On Neck?

3cm node left side of neck, others popping up on right. Painless and big for almost a year and tightness feeling and food getting stuck on back of throat. Neg TB and Thyroid tests are normal. Crunchy sound near adams apple. I feel like its my voice box. Visibly deformed. 27yr old female...smoker
