What Causes Tightness In Chest After Taking Methamphetamine?

I have been doing meth for the last four days-small amount -just 4-6 lines a day. Today my chest has been feeling tight in the left side. It has been like that all day. Did go away for a couple of hours but for the most part is consistent. This hasn t happened to me before, and I am not sure if I should go to the hospital or not. Also, if I tell them at the ER that I did meth, will it go in my permanent health record?
