What Causes Tightness In Chest And Neck Pain Post Dental Procedure?

Yes, I had some dental work yesterday (start of a crown) and I felt great last night. But I woke up at 5:00am this morning with tightness in my chest, my neck really hurt and I couldn t get comfortable. I got up and took some Tylanole thinking maybe it was just from keeping my mouth open for so long during the appointment. It is now 12:30pm and I still have the same symptoms.
