What Causes Tightness In Chest And Tickling Sensation In Throat?

I have had a very dry cough with a constant like tickle in my throat for 4 weeks now. It goes on all day and never lets up. My cough is very hard and hoarse and I feel tightness in my chest with it. I was on a zpack the very first week it started. What could this be?
