What Causes Tightness In Chest, Nausea And Delay In The Menstruation Cycle?

my periods have been coming late for the past few cycles but have come and I've been getting really tight chest all the time and occationally a need to vomit sensation I'm wondering if they are connected. please write back even though it may be a stupid question
