What Causes Tightness In Chest While Treating Anxiety?

Hi I have been taking proponorol. This is only my second time taking them. They are too help my anxiety, but I have a very tight feeling in my chest, feels like I have been punched very hard In the chest, is this a side affect or what's happening? Am I going to be ok?
