What Causes Tightness In Fingers And Swelling In Feet On Intake Of Alcohol?

I have had issues with swelling and even pitting edema for about a year now. I ve had tons of tests done, and don t have RA OR lupus... ( I do typically have a high sedimentation rate) I ve had EKGs and etc. All was pretty normal. (I did have slight regurgitation, but nothing they were worried about) I ve noticed that if I have a beer or two, I will have tight-feeling fingers, and redness and swelling in my feet. After a couple beers I also feel like I have en elevated heart rate. Any other conditions that you can think of that I may need to mention during my next appointment?
