What Causes Tightness In Foreskin Along With Pain During Retraction?

HI Dr. Chandan. A very good morning. I have a tight foreskin which pains when i try to retract when penis is erected. It is very smooth otherwise. Due to this, I am encountering pain during intercourse and unable to reach orgasm. Doctors have advised me to go for Circumcision or Frenuloplasty. They said both will resolve the problem, but CC is better in the longer run. Please advise.
