What Causes Tightness In Testicles Post Urethral Reconstruction Surgery?

I recently, almost two weeks ago, had urethral reconstruction done. Stayed overnight at the hospital and went home. I can handle anything, however I am concerned that my testicle feel so tight. My scrotum does not hang like it did. Will this tightness subside over time?
