What Causes Tightness In The Upper Abdomen Post Intake Of Food?

Hi. Immediately after eating I get a tight band like feeling across the bottom half of my rib cage extending from my left side under my arm, across my upper stomach, to the right side under my arm. I had my gallbladder removed 21 years ago and still have gallbladder attacks but this band like feeling is different than my gallbladder attacks. Any ideas?
