What Causes Tilting Of Penis When Erect?

Hi doctor, i am currently 21 of age, during my erection, my penis does not straighten up and it would tilt to the right, for example a pen with it's tip tilt 40 degrees or so to the right.May I know if its anything wrong? or could i get it straighten without using any devices or medicines?
