What Causes Tingling All Over My Body?

Hello..I am a 25 y/o female, and for the past week I have had tingling all over my body. I have had this before several years ago. I went to the ER and had several tests ran on me..The doctors finally said it because of a pain medicine I was taking at the time. Now several years later, I am expieriencing this problem again only I'm not on any regular medications. I can feel the things..the warmth or cold of things, but like I said it's very tingly. And it's everywhere, even my tongue..Any answers on what this problem could be?
