What Causes Tingling And Itching Of Body Under Hot Shower After Stung By A Bee?

Hey, I have never been allergic to bees before, but 6 months ago I got stung in the neck and had a very bad allergic reaction, including full body swelling, severe itching, loss of consiousness vomiting and diarheea. The symptoms took 1/2 hour to start occuring, and I didnt realize the stinger was still in my neck until then... just last month I got stung in the back by a bee, Nothing like that happened. But ever since I have been noticing tingling and itching from heat, especially when taking a hot shower. Does any of this make sense?
