What Causes Tingling And Itching On The Penile Tip After Having Sex?

Hey I had sex on November just a few days after thanksgiving on a Sunday. I use a condom but the condom broke so I immediately stopped and rapped everything up. The next day I felt this tingaling sensation on the tip of the penis the next day it would come every now and then and its still happens but its not very often I'll feel it now it will come once in a life time. Now I feel slight itching in the penis but not every single time. I have no discharge no bumps on penis I pee well. its just this sensation on my penis in feeling. When I have to pee it gets alittle worse with the tingaling could there be any bacteria in my penis I've been going to donate plasma and if I had something they would of been found out because they test for everything. Please help
