What Causes Tingling And Itching Sensation In Throat After Taking Tylenol?

I had a dental implant put in yesterday so my mouth is pretty soar. I have been taking ibuprophren, but decided to take 2 Tylenol in between doses. My throat it tingly/itchy now. Am I having a reaction to the Tylenol? I just took a Benadryl to see if that would help.
