What Causes Tingling And Mild Spasms At The Spot Of Insect Bite?

I had an insect bite 2 years ago. Went to emergency room took antibiotic, healed up was fine. A year after my bite it came back same spot again. Went to emergency room said I had some skin infection. Gave me ointment and antibiotics I healed up fine. Now even still I feel that same spot tingling and mild spasms, what could be going on?
