What Causes Tingling And Numb Sensation In Right Arm Along With Pain?

Why do I get tingly and numb ness in my right arm and hand and my 2 fingers and arm falls asleep and my left 2 fingers hurt also. My right 2 fingers on my right hand also are tight and hurt. Some days I in have no strength in my arm and on right side. What is this, iam sick of pain it hurts to much!
