What Causes Tingling And Numbness In Fingers And Headaches After Concussion?

im 24 i had a concussion level 2 3 months ago. im male 6 ft. 2 200 lbs . my left arm to my fingers are tingling and are very sensitive and numb. i have headaches frequently and i work nights as well. but before my concussion i was fine. i get plenty of sleep but my head is not feeling right i feel groggy continuously like a drunk feeling. ive had 2 ct scans which were both normal a few months ago. do you reccommend i go to the neurologist so i can get an order for an MRI?
