What Causes Tingling And Numbness In Legs And Hands?

I am a 48 year old black female and I weigh 270. My initial complaint was tingling, numbness, swelling, pain in my legs, feets, toes, arms,hands, and fingers. My primary care doctor sent me to the neurologist, he ordered blood work. I tested positive for ANA and then he ordered a lupus panel, my results for Anti DNA (ds) ab qn 28 mg/dl high using ref. range 0-9 and C4 58 mg/dl high using ref. range 9-36. What does these results mean?
