What Causes Tingling And Numbness Throughout The Body?

I have pain thru out my body of needles poking also have tingling and numb sensation sometimes today is more constant and intense than past days I overall do not feel well today but don t know if my symptoms warrant an urgent care visit my dr tested for diabetes last yr but tests only showed some elevated liver enzymes??
