What Causes Tingling And Soreness In Muscles Of Arms And Fingers?

I just shoveled snow yesterday from my house and side walk. My left arm has been feeling weird because I sleep on it a lot but on the side of my arm by my elbow it hurts when I run it and put my arm out it s one spot when I rub it I can feel my muscules my arm feeling tingles also and I can feel the tingles in my 2 fingers the pinky and my ring finger could it just be sore ?and when I rub the spot that hurt it like my in my pamles looks blue
