What Causes Tingling Arms And Pressure In Head During Periods?

Lately I have had periods of light headless, tingling from neck Dow both arms, and weird pressure in my head including my eyes. At times if I move my eyes fast or my head it s like I feel pressure pulses. I had a cervical fusion in 2010. This is affecting me almost daily now. Please advise
