What Causes Tingling Besides Numbness Of Hands And Legs?

Last week, I had tingling in my fingers on each hand but not at the same time. It also felt like they were somewhat numb. Later that evening the same thing happened in both legs, but again, not at the same time. I ve been wondering if this could be an ischemic stroke.
