What Causes Tingling Effect In The Feet?

I clean a daycare 5 days a week and use every cleaner you can think of. Lately I have been feeling tingling on the bottom of my feet and in my hands to my finger tips every time i start cleaning and now i even feel it in my tounge. Should i be worried?
