What Causes Tingling Feeling In Fingers And Toes?

Hi Doctor, I am 35 year old and I have observed that I quiet often suffer from tingling (jhanjhanahat) in my finders and toes. I recall it happens with me ever since my childhood but never consulted any doctor for the same since it remains transitory and I behave normal afterwards. Please advise if this any disease also please advise possible remedy, do I need to consult any specialist for the same.
