What Causes Tingling Feeling In My Face?

Iv'e never felt anything like this before... it started with a slight tingling in my face, and spread out from there to my chest, arms torso legs, all over my body. It's not causing me any discomfort or pain, it just feels like my whole being is vibrating. I'm not visibly shaking, or disoriented, just confused as to what this may be from. Any insight?
