What Causes Tingling Feeling In My Lower Legs And Feet?

I keep getting tingling lower legs, mostly in my feet and lower leg. And also patches of the ball of my feet and the bottoms of my toes keep going numb. It doesn't happen every day, probably about every 3 days. I'm not very over weight, I weigh 70kgs and am about 167cm tall.
