What Causes Tingling Feeling In Right Arm And Hand And Intermittent Shaking?

I have tingling in my right arm and hand all the time it sometimes effects the right side of my face as well, I do have quite a sore upper arm for example I cannot lay my arm out flat beside me because of the pain but I can otherwise use it the other thing that has just recently started is sometimes my right hand shakes when maybe pouring a drink or something but not often I hurt my arm about six months ago at the gym and the tingling started about four weeks ago
