What Causes, Tingling Feeling Throughout Body And Clapping Noise In Heartbeat?

I felt like something gave way on my left side of my chest where my breast is and my heart started making a clapping noise when it beat. I felt really weird like I was gonna pass out. Felt like a tingling feeling in my body. I have hypertension and my blood pressure was at 139 over 95 when I took my medicine. I heard this claping in my heart earlier in the day but this never hapened I simply moved and it went away. What should I do? Most of the symptoms have went away but I feel kinda funny. Laying down now.
