What Causes Tingling In Face, Arm And Leg While Having Varicose Veins?

I am having sensations/ tingling on the right side of my face also my right arm andright leg. I also have very bad varicose veins in my right leg, is there any connection? Also do i need to be worrying about the tingling? Thanks awaiting your reply. ..........
