What Causes Tingling In Feet And Difficulty In Walking?

I got hit in the knee with a softball. It was very hard throw by an adult male. It instantly made my whole leg tingle was hard to walk. Next day extremely sore to touch even my clothes touching it hurts, but no bruise at all has shown up. Should I be concerened that there is no bruising ?
