What Causes Tingling In Feet And Hands?

I am having tingling in both feet and both hands this has been going on and slowly increasing over the last month or two?. I just had blood work yesterday and going to my Internist next week and will have a different blood work done. I live in Seattle Washington and am 61 years old. Any guesses about what might cause this.
