What Causes Tingling In Hand And Swelling In Neck After Head Injury?

hi I had a bad bang on my head on Saturday, my right hand is tingling ever since and if I touch places its like an electric shock. I am told that this could be from swelling in my neck which affects the nerves to my hand. also my right ear feels like it has popped but feels like fluid inside?
