What Causes Tingling In Leg When Suffering From Spinal Stenosis

I have spinal stenosis and have lately began havibg a tingle down the inside of my left leg. Someimes I get horrible pain in the groin, low back pain frequently and really debilitating pain in the fromt of my thigh down to the knees. I also have a 40 year history of RA, I want an honest of what kind of prognosis I can expect. I have seen a Neurosurgeon but the risk in surgergy frightens me and oxycodone does nothing for the pain. 0
