What Causes Tingling In Testicle And Pain In Pelvic Area?

Hi , I am 34 year old male . I use to drive a semi truck and trailer . Recently I have a tingle in my left testicle . I have no pain at all just a tingle in that region. But, above my testicle in the left pelvic area I push down slightly and I feel pain . What can this be ? Pls advise me on what to do I am so worry hoping it is not serious.
