What Causes Tingling In Upper Thigh?

Thank you for your help :). My upper right thigh tinkles quite often. It was actually cramping up on me the other day, which is a very strange sensation! I'm wondering why it would tingle and if I need to pay attention to this, or let it go. Thank you.
