What Causes Tingling, Numbness And Burning Sensation In Hands And Feet?

I have had a long term pain issues in hands knees and feet for several years now. I have not seen a doctor about it for lack of medical insurance. I have looked up raynoids lupus, arthritice. my hands and feet are constantly cold, tingling, numbness, burning sensations, as well as a loss of body functions like dropping a glass when filling with fluid or dropping utricles with no warning. knees are numb an tingle and limited ability to stand and walk steady right away. I was told I had raynoyds by a PA after being told I had lime disease from a tick that had beaded for more than month. it was tiny originally and I thought it was a new mole when I was watching it. My knees are the worst of my main issue hurting an numbness an limping to walk I seems after reflecting on a journal I have kept to monitor my physical changes. I was recently told about your sight and thought I would give it a try I do not inquire or use the internet to self diagnose. I was hoping that this site may be a real insight. I also was told my cholesterol tested it Is bad in all areas even the good lcd is bad in high 250+ on all 3 numbers also was told my vitamin D was extremely low at a 2 and suppose to be a 11. my knees are far the worst as far as swelling tingle numbness and lack of ability to hold my body weight up which is not bad I am 130 and 5 6 this would possibly be enough to see if indeed this site is answered and not just a purchase site for $ only so far I have not been ask for money yet.
