What Causes Tingling, Numbness And Sharp Stabbing Pain In Hands?

For the last month and a half, I have tingling, numbness, and sharp stabbing pains in my hands. My fingers are numb and tingling, and the sharp, stabbing pain is in the palm area. I type for a living. I am not Diabetic. I have Morton s Neuroma s in both feet, so when I have an issue like this with my feet, I am not concerned. I also suffer from Raynaud s in my hands and cannot handle anything cold. Thank you.
