What Causes Tingling Of Toes Along With Painful Waist, Buttocks And Thighs?

Its almost 3 weeks that i am having tingling of my left toes. then i feel pain in my left waist that runs to my left buttocks and tigh when i sit down for a long time. I took 2 caplets of Aleve 220 mg and the pain kind of disappear. tonight i start feeling numbness of my left arm and tingling of my left fingers. Other than that i do not feel weak, slurr speach or dizziness. no swollen parts of my body either. its been 6 days now that i have been taking Aleve and i do not want to be dependent on that. do you think i have a serious condition that i have to be concern. i am 67 yrs old physically fit Asian woman. thanks
