What Causes Tingling On Bottom Of Left Foot?

Hi, i keep on experiencing a burning tingling sensation on the bottom of my left foot. If i walk normal the burning increases. I therefore have been overcompensating my right side. Now have pain in my back, etc. I believe it is a inflamation of the ligament?
