What Causes Tingling On Left Hand And Headache?

Hii am a 55 year old female, who is fit and goes jogging and plays tennis (not to extreme) but regularly 2 or 3 times per week. I weigh 10st 3lbs and i am 5ft 5ins tall. Over the last 2 weeks i have had tingling in my left hand and now i have exprienced a headache for 4 days? is this related?
can you help please?
