What Causes Tingling Pains All Over The Body Along With Tiredness?

Hi sir, my hb was 10.4 wbc 9800 esr 5 mm per hr. Is there any dangerous. ?! After that I met a doctor before 20 days, now I had my hb as 13.7 gm/dl. Wbc 8900 (tests were taken at different labs) Dr. gave me iron and vitamin tablets and now im little ok. But I feel always some tingling pains in total body and having tiredness. What will be the causes.?! Thank you.!
