What Causes Tingling Penis, Swollen Foreskin With Yellow Stuff Build Up?

hi, this morning i woke up and the side of my penis was tingling and it was a bit of an irritating and almost painful sensation. i just went back to sleep for a few more hours and when i woke back up the fareskin was all swollen and puffed up and it still is and it is now 6:30pm . also this sort of yellowish gunky stuff keeps building up inside.
