What Causes Tingling Sensation After Taking Anti Rabies Vaccine?

i was bitten by a dog in my left leg 1 week ago so they gave me anti rabies vaccine..i have tingling sensation in m hands, feet and legs, i am worried i went to a doctor and they gave me vit b complex.. but untill now, there is still tingling sensation in my extremities
