What Causes Tingling Sensation And Hot Flushes On The Skin?

i have been experiencing tingling and hot sensations on my skin off and on for a year now. I have now developed muscle twitches and occasional urinary incontinence. A MRI was performed a year ago when the tingling first began. It was clear. Since then, a have developed these other symptoms. Should I have further testing? I am a 35 year old female 5ft5in 120 lbs.
