What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness At Sides Of Lips And Under Eyes?

For the last 2 or 3 weeks I have tingling on my right side of lips. almost numbness, but not quite. I tought it would go away., i was checking for any cold sorse or any imflamation but could not find any. The feeling is like when you get injection at the dentist and it goes away almost , but its steel there.

The feeling is now spread up to my under eyes. its not a strong feeling but I am worried, what is a couse and if its is something serious ( like start of MS?) or its in connection to teeth?I am a breast cancer survivor (masectomy done in 2008 and I feel good since)
