What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In Hands And Feet?

I had some weed last Sunday and woke up on Monday with a tingling sensation on my hands and feet my body is numb and I can t taste anything , I went to the ER on Friday and had CT scan and blood work everything showed up normal. ,, am I having these symptoms because of the weed withdrawal ?
