What Causes Tingling Sensation At Elbow After Appearance Of A Bruise?

I have a bruise that appeared without my knowledge. It started out all purple and blCkish then turned brown with a white center. Under the white center is a hard object that I can squeeze at. It cuases slight discomfort and the joint in my elbow which is near bruise gets a tingling sensation now as well. Since the bruise.
