What Causes Tingling Sensation At The Tip Of Nose?

Hi the left side tip of nose has been tingling or twitching(Im not sure) since last night. It almost feels numb at times. I've had the numb feeling before but never the tingling/twitching there. It almost feels like a light pulse or tapping. It seems to run down from the bridge to the tip of the nose at times and feels tight/dry. I do suffer from allergies and I have a herniated c5 c 6 disk. What is causing this and how do I make it stop?
