What Causes Tingling Sensation At The Tip Of Penis?

7 days ago the tip of my penis got a tingling sensation in it and I had to go to the bathroom and urinate about every 3 hours. There is no pain or burning when I go and I still go the way I always have. I still have this feeling and go every 2 or 3 hours and it is just aggravating and did not know if it was a UTI infection or what I could do.
